Brian Hill, DPT, MS, MTC, CSCS, RSCC
Brian holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Master of Science in Sports Administration from Northwestern State, and Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he also played football for the Bulldogs.
Brian is a Certified Manual Therapist, after an extensive 1 year training through Evidence in Motion and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Currently, he is enrolled in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship through Bellin College.
Brian was a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Memphis, Tulane University, Northwestern State and has a passion for injury prevention and empowering patients to live an informed active lifestyle. He utilizes his experience with exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques to help patients through their pain experience and return to pre-injury level of function.
Brian enjoys spending time with his fiancé Laura and their dog Bo, as well as participating in the sport of powerlifting, competing since 2002.
Lynn Van Ost MEd, RN, PT, ATC
Director of Physical Therapy
Lynn started by earning her BS in nursing from West Chester State College. She then gained her National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) certified in athletic training after graduating from Temple University with a master’s in sports medicine/athletic training. She followed that by receiving a 2nd bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Temple.
In addition to treating the general orthopedic population as a physical therapist, she has worked with both amateur and professional athletes. Lynn has more than 11 years of experience as an athletic trainer working with Olympic-level athletes at numerous international events, including the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympic Games.
Larry Sigafoos, PTA
Owner Elite Physical Therapy
Larry graduated with honors from Daytona State College in May of 2000 with an Associate of Science degree and graduating as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He has been active in outpatient physical therapy for over 20 years in Volusia County, working with some well-known companies and gaining a wide base of knowledge from working with various populations. He has a background in personal training which he actively pursued during his education and led to many successful client interventions. It was that experience that enhanced his ability to currently treat each patient as an individual and “not just a body part”.
Larry is the owner of Elite Physical Therapy in Ormond Beach which he opened in 2011 just before the birth of his first child. He has a love for physical therapy and the positive outcomes that he has been able to achieve with his patients. He enjoys coaching his two sons, Connor and Parker, in soccer, baseball and basketball, as well as spending time with his wife, Tristin.
